What do we do?
Bespoke Haven Co provides personalised gifts for all occasions such as Christmas, Birthdays, Christenings Etc.

We only hold limited details relating to our customers, clients, and staff. This enables us to contact you, deliver our services, manage contracts, and comply with our statutory and legal obligations.

We do not process any personal data in this category as defined by the Law.

We do not share your personal data with any third parties.
Transfer of data
We do not transfer your personal data outside the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
Direct marketing
We do not use any form of direct marketing.
Retention of data
All personal data is retained securely and used only for the purposes for which it was collected. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to meet our contractual, legal, and statutory obligations.
In line with standard business practice, data is reviewed and securely deleted after 7 years, unless a shorter or longer retention period is required by law.
