Return & Exchange Policy

Because all of our products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. We kindly ask that you review all personalisation details carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

While we do not accept returns for non-faulty items, your satisfaction is important to us.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

After reviewing the issue, we will be happy to replace the item at no additional cost.

Important Notes

  • Personalisation details (names, dates, spellings, colours, etc.) are printed exactly as entered at checkout. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

  • Replacements are offered only for manufacturing faults or damage during transit.

  • We do not offer refunds for personalised items unless required by applicable consumer law.
